Dreaming Dangerously by Kathleen Harsch
I am really enjoying this book, and stayed up pretty late reading, as I really got into it. It sucks you in pretty quick too. So here is my teasers for this book:

Teaser #1
(this conversation takes place in their minds, they can read each others minds, Cassie can anytime, but will has to touch the person) when in italics that is conversion in their head

Cassie, I have to be touching you to hear you. It's the only way I can hear another person's thoughts. I guess your telepathy is a bit different from mine, There are a few things that I need you to know about me. When I kisses you, It... just happened.

Teaser #2

(Cassie and Will) "You are just so incredibly amazing. That's why I love you so much." He hugs me tightly.
My breath catches in my throat. Your In love with me?

Every Tuesday I will participate in the Tuesday Intro First Chapter-First Paragraph Intros.

These are books we decided to read based on the first paragraph or so. Then find another “Teaser” in the book somewhere to catch our interest.

Shadows (Lux .05 Prequel) By Jennifer L. Armentrout

From Prologue

A shadow glided over the frozen hills, moving too quick to likely be cast by something of this Earth. Being that it really wasn't attached to anything was a sure sign of what it was and where it was heading. And that would be straight toward Dawson Black. 
Oh, goodie gumdrops.
Arum.
Just thinking the name filled the back of his mouth with a metallic taste. The SOB had come to like a druggie after his favorite fix. They always traveled in fours, and one of them had already been killed the night before, which left three more of the greasy bastards out there-and one was heading straight for him.

Teaser:

“Ah, I just know. That my talent, if you were wondering. I just know things.” She rolled her eyes, but she was grinning. “What a unique talent.”

“I know. I amaze myself.”

2nd teaser:

“You know, my sister and I can’t understand what Dawson sees in you. You’re just a silly little human.” His arm shot out so fast it was a blur, picked up a strand of her hair. “And you’re really not even that pretty.”

Oh..oh, that stung more than it should have. Tears burned her eyes as she fought to keep her voice level. “I guess it’s a good thing, then. A relationship between us would never work.”

His eyes narrowed. “And why is that?”

“Because I’m allergic to assholes.”
