Teaser#1
“I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone who can handle my weapon with such gracefulness.” He gives me a devious, dimpled grin. Pure evil. There’s no other way to describe somebody like him. The octopus slows down as though Seth has issued some kind of silent command.“Here, take your balls and chains. They disgust me.” I hold the rod out and let the weapon fall to the ground.“I couldn’t tell. From where I stood, you seemed to have been enjoying them very much,” Seth teases.I roll my eyes at his innuendo, and say, “You are just as disgusting as that weapon.”

Teaser #2
I stop at once, spin around, and blindly swing Mother’s sword at the air. Nope. That’s won’t do. I pick up a rock and toss it. The thud I hear lets me know I struck the monster bird somewhere on its body.“Ouch! It’s me, Chela. Stop throwing shit, would you?” Seth’s voice says in my head. The creature sweeps toward me. Its talons—no wait—its arms are outstretched and prepared to scoop me up, the silhouette of something that’s a cross between an angel and a demon of the night.I tilt my head back. I am no longer able to stay awake. I have no energy left to try and save myself. Before I fall back and hit the ground, my body lifts. I drift in and out of consciousness.

When Silver Moons Rise (Lost Immortals #2)

Facing an unstable future, Chela Prizeon leaves Castle Hayne and crosses over to enemy territory in pursuit of Faris--the boy of royal blood who is cursed by a bitter rival. But soon Chela learns that he has been taken deep into the treacherous frozen prisons--a majestic, but deadly place where people enter and are never seen again. To find the boy she loves, Chela must join forces with one of her greatest enemies. And even though she pulls strength from the good in her powers, she finds herself drawn to the dark side's temptation as well.
Narrated from both Chela's and Faris's point of view, this enchanting sequel to When Copper Suns Fall will take them on a voyage into unknown lands, where the dark, twisted, and revengeful wait to make this their most dangerous journey ever.

  1. Ooh nice! I like the cover and both teasers!

It's funny because the book I'm currently reading also has a character named Seth. Unlike your Seth, mine is a nerd that makes me laugh.
